Remember how I said I wanted to make Kiki a sham to go with her new quilt? Well, I actually did!
I've been on quite the pillow spree, in fact. Besides all the placemat pillows I've been turning out (did you know that Dillards sometimes has their nice placemats marked down to just a couple of dollars?), I've made some nice pieced ones too.
Here's a couple I made for my fireplace in my living room (to soften the inevitible falls):
I made some plain linen ones too from some linen napkins I got for my wedding and have NEVER used:
And today I whipped up a couple of cute ones for my mom! She's been redoing her bedroom in blue and yellow:
Finally, I made this one nearly 2 months ago, inspired by a post at Tatertots and Jello. This is one of those easy peasy placemat (from Target) pillows :) It's sitting on my front porch:
